Sivile Training offers courses and career paths for the unemployed and unskilled people to learn trades and skills that will offer them concrete chances of entering the economy, either as employees, or by adding to their self- sufficiency.
The main objective of the Sivile Housing Association! Training Centre is to progressively make education available and accessible in the Greater Kokstad area and beyond. The training Centre strives to offer high-quality education in order to empower the community with qualifications, skills and competencies. The tenets of this quality education include, amongst others, the following:

The following courses are offered
Life Skills:
Life Skills Training is mandatory to all learners enrolling for all training courses offered by Sivile Housing Association. Life Skills training is also offered to any companies and groups that require these skills for their workers.
Computer Literacy Course:
Sivile Housing Association is also accredited by the MICT-seta for the END USER computer course: from 3 months to a year course.
Construction course:
 
Sivile Housing Association is accredited by the CONSTRUCTION CETA for: Bricklaying & plastering and Tilling.
Basic Gardening & Vegetable Cultivation Course:
Sivile Also offers a basic gardening and vegetable cultivation course through gardening and vegetable tunnels.
Basic cooking and domestic training:
Sivile Housing Association offers training on basic cooking skills, baking, housekeeping, and parenting skills (with particular focus on caring of babies and toddlers) and other domestic work with a focus on young mothers and youth as an opportunity for a job creation.
Basic Carpentry Course:
Sivile also offers basic wood work and tool handling course.
Careers / Recruitment Centre:
Sivile Housing Association! is considering offering workshops on various other topics depending on the need and demand for them such as preparing CVs, sourcing and applying for employment opportunities depending on the need.
